Come along this month and next to Islington's most beautiful bakery to learn all the secrets of wild yeast and gluten. Alongside all the intel you'll eat a lot of sourdough crumpets, a lot of sourdough pizza, plenty of sourdough bread and sourdough crackers, and drink a lot of wine.

You'll go home with dough to bake, all the kit to get started at home, and a pot of my ancient starter. Plus a PDF of my recipes.

The classes are running on Sunday 29 June, Monday 30 June, Sunday 27 July and Monday 28 July, from 10am-4pm at Quince Bakery on New North Road, London N1.

They cost £180pp.
