Next up! This month Martha is embarking on a tour or Malaysia and Indonesia and will be filling her brain (and pockets) with scrumptious ideas from the moment she land’s in Kuala Lumpur. Then, once she’s home, come along to November's #Muffdining supperclub to taste theses delicious morsels for yourself. (Unless you've unfollowed her on Instagram by then because of all the laksa spam. Highly likely.)

#Muffdining x Paradise by the way of Kensal Green

Friends! Romans! West Londoners!

Very excitingly, for two nights only this November Martha is hauling #Muffdining 13 stops WEST on the Central line and then six stops NORTH on the 52 bus to @paradise, a beautiful and rambling Kensal Rise pub and restaurant and club which Martha frequented more than, say, a handful of (very barely) rememberorabableble times when she was a wine-drinking hack in Kensington and not a wine-drinking cook in Victoria Park.

On November 20th and 21st Martha shall be hosting two Autumn Suppers (one sitting each night) inspired by seasonal British produce, my travels, and her deep, deep love of a deep-fried shnack. So, frankly, God knows WHAT you're gonna get. The menu is, as always, a surprise, but Martha will just have returned from Malaysia and Indonesia, so there may be clues in that 😏

The set-up will be much like her traditional E3 soirees, with eight billion courses and lots of sourdough and smoked butter, except this time there are 80 covers per night, and the wonderful gang at Paradise will be doing all the drinks behind their well-stocked bar, so please don't bring your own. They have a fabulous selection of cocktails, beers, spirits and wines, so do arrive early to get settled and have a couple of pretty snifters.

As usual, due to this being a set menu for 160 people, we can cater for vegetarians and pescatatians, though not vegan or gluten-free diets. Sorry. Otherwise Martha’s brain will explode all over the pass.

Bursting with Turkish Delights; from lamb to lahmacuns, kofte to kebabs, baklava to borek, mountains of figs & pistachios, ayran and grilled mackerel sarnies overflowing with ALL the pickles.

#Muffdining’s Summer Suppers

JUly 26TH, 27TH (7.30PM) AND 28TH (2PM); E3, £50

Hot on the summery heels (flip-flops) of Martha’s inaugural #CrispiMuff collaboration with Daisy, @crispi_vispi, #Muffdining is back with three more summer suppers (actually, two summer suppers and one summer Sunday lunch) held over the weekend of July 26, 27 and 28th.

This time guest numbers are shrinking in effort to keep events slightly more intimate and make dishes even more special (*breaks out molecular gastronomy kit*), so tickets are now being set at just 24 per sitting, rather than 35.

July's feasts, held at Martha’s home in Victoria Park, E3, will be typically OTT affairs, with the mad, multi-course menus (featuring cocktails, snacks, a sit-down meal and treats to take home) kept totally secret until the event. That said, they will definitely feature lots of fermented goodies, piles of warm sourdough with homemade flavoured butters, smoked morsels of joy, and plenty of bright, shiny, summery colours.
