Black Bean Hummus
This recipe has a certain heat to it that bestows it with a sort of smooth Mexican frijoles refritos flavour; heck, you could easily fry some of it up in bacon fat to make it even more refrito-y; ideal for tacos and also great with roast beetroot and some herby bits.
