Brown Butter Oat and Rye Sandwich Loaf
So I’m experimenting with some porridge loaves, some buttered oat loaves, some chicken fat oat loaves and more. And here’s the first I want to share. A lovely buttered oat and rye tin loaf, soft, squishy and great as part of an open-faced Danish sandwich (smørrebrød). I hope you enjoy!
