Christmas Kimchi
My version has an anisey, orangey, Christmassy twang, but you can use WHATEVER vegetables (and indeed spices in your paste mixture) to ferment your sprouts. Do feel free to play around with the heat levels if you like things milder, and take out the fish sauce if you’re veggie.
