Einkorn Sourdough Soda Bread

My dad’s favourite bread, and many of yours’ too, judging by the endless demands I’ve had for it! And now, a sourdough version. I used einkorn flour because it’s delicious and you don’t need to worry about gluten here, but you can use anything: plain, wholemeal, brown, strong white.
