Khorosan and Malted Wheatflake Sourdough
Khorosan is an ancient grain and makes an incredibly flavoursome loaf. I get my malted wheatflakes from Hodmedods, they’re lovely and nubbly and nutty and savoury. You don’t need to use them in this recipe and you can sub them for any other toasted flake, or seed, or remove them altogether.
