Radicchio & Orange Salad
Vibrant, zesty, and ready in minutes.
- 1 radicchio, leaves washed
- 2 oranges, 1 peeled and sliced, 1 zested and juiced
- 150g goat's curd, crumbled
- Cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Tear leaves off radicchio, wash and dry. Peel one orange, cut into round slices. Crumble goat's curd. Add ingredients together. Drizzle with EVOO, cider vinegar, the juice and zest of one orange, salt and pepper. Mix and eat.
