Roast Potato Sour
A lovey soft crumb, a ‘tatery creaminess, and goes super well with other flavours such as cheese, rosemary & seeds. A posh chip butty of a loaf. It’s important that you roast and don’t boil or steam the potatoes; they need to lose all their moisture before you add them or they’ll upset the balance.
