Slow Cooked Lamb Breast with Onions
Lamb breast is one of my favourite ever cuts of lamb, flavoursome and cheap, compared to a shoulder or a leg. I often slow-cook it (you must slow cook it) with lots of spices and chillies and shred it for tacos, or braise it, chill it, chop it and deep-fry it to make lamb scrumpets.
