Super easy. Floofy and wonderful. If you don’t have a KitchenAid you can absolutely do it by hand. If you don’t have buttermilk you can absolutely use milk. I filled mine with lightly stir-fried shiitake mushrooms, garlic and chilli, smacked cucumbers with coriander and @whitemausu peanut rayu.
