Sourdough Hokkaido Milk Bread
Hokkaido milk bread is a type of bread made extra soft by the presence of something called tangzhong, a roux made of flour and milk, basically gelatinised starch, which adds extra floof to your finished loaf. The presence of this tangzhong makes your bread cloudlike and poofy!
