Tahini

My tahini is toastier, runnier and less bitter than a lot of the stuff I have found in supermarkets - though, in fairness, I have never bought any super-luxe tahini from a proper Middle Eastern store, so maybe I need to find one and try it out before shouting defamatory tahini slurs.
