Ingredients
  • 1 green hispi cabbage (other cabbages work too)
  • Garlic
  • Fish sauce
  • Dried red chillies
  • Soy
  • White pepper
  • Black vinegar
  • Sesame oil
Method
Cook the cabbage

Loosely chopped hispi cabbage. Stir fry HOT-HOT in oil, garlic slivers, splash o fish sauce, dried chillies, droppa soy, white pepper, drizz of black vinegar, touch of water as and when, teeny bit of sesame oil, bed by 7. JOY.
